Bachelor’s degree in business, related field or equivalent experience Minimum of five years proven financial industry experience, including a minimum of three years proven and progressive business development experience or equivalent, including proven sales success in business deposit and loan business and new money growth Strong sales, human relations, financial, leadership, interpersonal, time management, organizational, analytical and communications skills Strong customer focus orientation Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs in a changing environment.
